Hotels Design of many 3-4 story wood-framed hotel structures located around the state of New Mexico, Arizona, California, and Texas. These wood-framed structures utilize wood shear walls and holdown designs for high lateral wind forces and open web wood trusses for gravity load support.
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Glendale, Arizona Hampton Inn Suites Glendale, Arizona Staybridge Suites Glendale, Arizona	Fairfield Inn & Suites South Boston, Virginia Telluride Club Telluride, Colorado Design of a new 5-story steel frame structure for the Telluride Club Ski Resort located in Mountain Village, Colorado. This project consisted of design of all main structural elements using 100 psf snow loadings and 20' retaining wall structures.
