7-story steel frame structure consisting of utilizing special moment resisting frames (SMRF) with a deep foundation (drilled piers and grade beams) system. Special consideration for deep pier foundations was required due to an existing parking structure approximately two feet away from the new structure.

Vacuum Stations for the City of Albuquerque Public Works Department. The buildings house vacuum pump equipment for sewage collection. The floor of the Alameda Vacuum Station is 11 feet below grade and has concrete counterfort walls to resist earth pressure.

Design of many additions to the existing structure. Some additions include a 120 foot tower structure to store proprietary equipment. This tower utilized a steel braced frame system with intermediate steel framed floors. 75-foot silo storage facility supported by a moment existing steel frame system.

Los Alamos, New Mexico
16,000 square foot office complex in downtown Los Alamos, New Mexico. The 2-story structure has concrete shear walls and reinforced concrete flat slab floors.

Tramway Office Park
Albuquerque, New Mexico
40,000 square foot park utilizing braced steel frames for lateral wind/seismic forces and a concrete deck with open web steel joists for gravity load support system.

Science Laboratory
Los Alamos, New Mexico
3-story Space Science Laboratory/Office for the Department of Energy at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. The structure has 14-foot floor to floor heights to accommodate the laboratory's extensive mechanical and electrical systems.
